Recognition earned for the sixth consecutive year

The program utilizes Net Promoter Score (NPS)-based surveys. A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a customer loyalty and satisfaction measurement based on asking customers how likely they are to recommend a company’s product or service to others. This year, WunderLand Group received a client NPS of 74.1% and talent NPS of 64.4%, compared to the industry average of 28% and 18%, respectively.
